I'm trying to understand how the adequacy of food available in the UK based on a split between vegan food and non-vegan food, for a project analyzing the role and potential of veganism on UK Food Security Please could you provide the following data regarding food supply adequacy:

  1. Dietary Energy Supply (DES) as a percentage of the Average Dietary Energy Requirement (A measure of the adequacy of food available for human consumption as a percentage of the average dietary energy requirement.)

  2. Desegregated (two metrics sought) based on the Dietary Energy Supply of plant-based food (no animal products) and animal-based or animal-product containing food in the UK.
