Can you explain why these figures below are not available for 2018 to 2019?
Excess winter mortality for Pneumonia, England and Wales, 2017 to 2018 (provisional)
You seem to be able to produce stats for COVID-19, but are suppressing figures as above for the year 2018-19.

The next release is scheduled for November 2020.
