​Please could you provide me with the following information as they relate to the experimental settlement status statistics:

  1. the producer body evaluation(s) of the EU Settlement Scheme Statistics (as per Principle 4 Practice 2 of the Code of Practice)

  2. the producer body plan and any further evaluations of the EU Settlement Scheme Statistics (in relation to Principle 4 Practices 2 and 5 of the Code of Practice)

  3. all assessment reports produced by ONS with regards to the EU Settlement Scheme Statistics

  4. any requirements/concerns communicated about quality, documentation or any other aspect of the Code as regards the the EU Settlement Scheme Statistics. What were these concerns/requirements?

On 24 February 2020, we published a Note on the difference between population estimates by nationality and Home Office European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) statistics. This is the only information about the EUSS we hold.

For further information about the scheme and its statistics, please contact the Home Office who are responsible for the EUSS and the statistics produced around it as they may be able to help you further with your enquiry.
