This is a freedom of information request relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) events in staff calendars.
Please provide me with the following:
- Any events in staff calendars for EDI events held by your organisation
- Any Pride month events in staff calendars
- Any mental health awareness days in staff calendars
- Any national or personal identity (religious, sexual identity) days in staff calendars
- If available, a copy of the calendar listing all of the above events

Events hosted across networks, the UK Statistics Authority, and the wider Civil Service may be present in staff calendars. However, providing the information you have requested would require each ONS staff member to conduct individual searches of their calendars to identify events in scope of your request.
The cost limit for responding to an FOI request is £600, which equates to 24 working hours (3 days) work for 1 person. As we have over 5,000 members of staff, the time taken to search for, collate, and extract all the relevant material in scope of this request would greatly exceed this threshold. Therefore, Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) is engaged.
