I wish to make an FOI regarding the A12 Employment, unemployment and economic inactivity by nationality and country of birth.
Please can you provide data on nationality levels/rates & country of birth levels/rates from the Labour Force Survey (LFS), for April - June 2026, broken down by age bracket.
If you have pre-set age-brackets please use those, otherwise please can the following be used.

Thank you for your request regarding people's economic status by age and by nationality and country of birth.
We produce labour market statistics from the Labour Force Survey (LFS) which is a survey based on interviews with individuals about themselves and their work. The survey collects information relating to individual's labour market status and age, along with their nationality and country of birth.
Unfortunately, while we do produce tables based on broad nationality and country of birth, we do not produce or publish this broken down by age band as part of a regular output.
It would be possible to request a tailored analysis, by contacting our social surveys team, although there may be a charge for this service depending on the amount of time taken to develop the analysis and undertake quality and disclosure control processes.
As this information is already available to you via this route ONS considers that S21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. S21(1) is an absolute exemption, and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
