Can you please tell me on which pages (url) those addresses are promoted and when they were first promoted?

As mentioned in our previous response, where a committee or panel does not have a specific email address, or for anyone wishing to contact the Board or sub committees, the Authority Enquiries email address can be used. This is accessible to users via the 'Contact us' webpage on the UK Statistics Authority website.
Similarly the 'Contact us' webpage of the Office for National Statistics website contains the email address for the Shared Customer Contact Centre (linked to info@ons.gov.uk) as well as various other more specific emails for specified purposes (social survey enquiries, business survey enquiries, FOI email address, etc).
For the Office for Statistics Regulation, the regulation email address can be found on the 'Raise an issue' section of their website. The 'Contact us' section of this site also has a form that can be submitted by users if preferred.
The 'Government Statistical Service Heads of Profession: roles and responsibilities' section of the Analysis Function website has the GSS email address.
The 'Head of the Analysis Function and National Statistician' section of this website contains the National Statistician email address.
The 'Contact us' section of the Analysis Function website has the Analysis.Function email address, who can triage correspondence accordingly.
