You asked

Can you please disclose all emails, meeting notes and any other documentation you have related to your plans for electronic management systems. This should cover the period from 1 October 2014 to date.

We said

  1. personal information (primarily names, email addresses and telephone numbers) in accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act

  2. information outside the scope of your request

Note also that while we have attempted to list the documentation by date, this hasn't always been possible due to the presence of email chains.
