- The most recent data you have re the number of properties (i.e. dwellings) in each individual settlement in Tandridge District Council
- The most recent data you have re the population of each settlement in Tandridge District Council.
Please could you also specify the relevant dates for each of these data sets.

The most recent data we can provide you with is from the 2021 Census. Please see the associated downloads in response to your request.
The first is TS001 – Number of Usual Resident in Households and Communal Establishments. This dataset provides Census 2021 estimates that classify usual residents in England and Wales by whether they resided in households and communal establishments. The estimates are as at Census Day, 21 March 2021.
The second is TS044 – Accommodation Type. This dataset provides Census 2021 estimates that classify households in England and Wales by accommodation type. The estimates are as at Census Day, 21 March 2021.
This data has been produced using the Nomis website. Nomis is ran by Durham University on behalf of ONS.
