FOI Reference: FOI/2022/4337

You asked

Under the FOI act I request the following information.

A breakdown of Disability Confident Scheme (DCS) applicants and non-DCS applicants for roles advertised in your department from the period of 01 Jun 21 – 01 Jun 22.

I would like to know, by each grade, what the mean average score was for DCS candidates and the mode, or most common score, was for each applicant on the initial sifts prior to the interview phase of a recruitment process. The grade range being from AO to SCSPB2, or their equivalent grades in your department.

I would also like to know the same as above but for non-DCS candidates.

I would also like to know the number of candidates at each grade broken down by DCS and non DCS who were successful.
