  1. The number of posts available through this campaign.
  2. The total number of applications received.
  3. The number of applicants who passed the initial sift and were shortlisted.
  4. The number of applicants invited to interview, and the number who attended.
  5. The number of applicants who met the required standard at interview.
  6. The number of job offers made and the number accepted.
  7. The number of successful candidates placed on a reserve list, if any.
  8. If held, a breakdown of the above figures by internal (existing ONS or Civil Service) and external applicants.
