I would like the December 2020 values for the sub-indices which form the 'Air Fares' consumer price item (ONS Item ID 620310), namely Domestic (collected 1-month in advance), European (1-month and 3-months in advance) and Long-Haul (1-month, 3-months and 6-months in advance).

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the domestic, European and long-haul airfares sub-indices in December 2020.
Please see the downloadable spreadsheet accompanying this request. This contains the sub-indices for domestic (collected 1-month in advance), European (collected 1-month and 3-month in advance) and long-haul (collected 1-month, 3-month and 6-month in advance) airfares, for the period January to December 2020 (the latest published data). The indices are presented on the January 2020 = 100 basis, which are used to calculate the aggregated series.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide indices for April to June 2020 or November 2020 as item indices were not produced. For these months, item prices movements for airfares were imputed, while government travel restrictions were in place because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
