Please supply data showing the number of deaths per vaccination status in England where ICD-10 code U07.2 is on death certificate or noted on patients notes, per month between 01/01/2021 and 30/11/2021, or the most recent date you have data for.

Unfortunately, we would do not hold information on deaths involving cause code U07.2 by vaccination status. In order to fulfil this request, we would need use a high level of statistical skill and judgement including linkage of mortality to vaccinations datasets in order to create a bespoke analysis. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. Therefore, this information is not held.
