You asked

Where can I find your charts containing the deaths/100,000 population, instead of the age-standarised deaths/person-years, please?

Thank you for your request.

We are responsible for the production of mortality data in England and Wales, this is derived using information collected from the death certificates at death registration.

We produce data annual statistics on deaths and rates. Crude mortality rates and age-specific mortality rates are expressed per 1,000 population; age-standardised mortality rate is expressed per 100,000 population. We have published these annual figures up to 2021 in table 1a of our Deaths registered in England and Wales: 2021 (refreshed populations)

Our Deaths registered in England and Wales: 2021 (refreshed populations) - Bulletin, summarises some of the key data points from the above dataset. Please see figure 4 which provides a graph of: Deaths registered and crude mortality rates, England and Wales, 1838 to 2021.
