You asked
For 2015 to 2025 in the UK, please provide a list of of the number of deaths of children aged under age 1 year old (including premature and still births) including sex, child's home postcode, minus the last digit and town/city name.
Please supply this data in spreadsheet or CSV format if possible.

We are responsible for mortality statistics for England and Wales. National Records Scotland (NRS) and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Therefore, we do not hold the requested data for the whole of the UK. Should you wish to obtain this data from NRS and NISRA, they can be contacted at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk respectively.
Regarding the data we hold on deaths and stillbirths for England and Wales, we unfortunately are unable to provide this data by the postcode of usual residence. Releasing data at this level of geography is highly likely to identify individuals, as counts would be very small. Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 prohibits the disclosure of personal information held for statistical purposes that would identify an individual, including those who are deceased. As we are prohibited by law from publishing statistics in which individuals can be identified, Section 44(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
However, we have published this information a Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) for deaths registered in each year 2001 to 2024, which contains the number deaths of individuals under the age of 1 year old. Please note that these figures exclude still births but will include deaths due to prematurity:

We have not published the information you require for deaths registered in 2025. However, we can create a custom output. Information on infant deaths by Lower Super Output Area (LSOA), along with other special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales, is available to order, subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs in line with our Charging Policy. Such enquiries can be made to Health.Data@ons.gov.uk.
We are unable to provide figures for stillbirths at LSOA level. Table 2 of our annual births' publication provides the number of stillbirths for each local authority in England and Wales. For the disclosure reasons mentioned previously, we are unable to provide figures for stillbirths at lower geographical levels.
