Deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status, England: deaths occurring between 2 January and 2 July 2021

This is a request for the above dataset to include:

1) Approximated Social Grade

Every patient included in the study, signify missing data by missing data or null values.  

2) Include Overweight, Obesity, Morbidly or BMI stratification from CPRD and GPRD for every inclusion.
