Please provide any statistics you have for years 2016-2018 for deaths that were caused by vaccines or as a result of vaccine injury.

We are responsible for the production of mortality statistics for England and Wales using information taken from the Death Certificate.
Unfortunately, we would be unable to provide you with information regarding vaccine injuries and deaths. In order to fulfil this request, we would need to use a high level of statistical skill and judgement in order to create bespoke analysis for you. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.
