Please supply a figure of the people that have died of Covid on 12 Jan 2022 that had been vaccinated.
I believe 398 people died, the figure from that is the number who had been vaccinated.

The figure of 398 deaths is from the Government dashboard for the number of deaths within 28 days of a positive test by date reported, on the 12 January 2022. This data is published by UK Health Security Agency. Therefore, they would be better placed to answer your query. They can be contacted via email at informationrights@ukhsa.gov.uk.
The Office for National Statistics publish deaths when they have been registered, using information recorded on the death certificate. There is a delay between a death occurring and being registered therefore there is a delay in publishing deaths that occurred on a particular day. For more information see our release on the impact of registration delays.
In our Deaths by vaccination status release we publish the number of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status for England. We currently hold analysis on this data up to the 31 December only, due to the need to allow for time for a death to be registered and for vaccinations to be recorded. Therefore, to produce the number of people who died from COVID-19 who have also been vaccinated on 12 January 2022 would require the application of statistical skill and judgement to create information. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. Therefore, we do not hold the specific information requested.
