Please can you provide me with the following information?
Total number of COVID 19 deaths registered in England and Wales from 01 March 2020 to 28 March 2021, where no pre-existing health conditions were present or contributed to death.
Could I have the information broken down into age groups similar to those published on your website?
The information available here, https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/deathsinvolvingcovid19englandandwales, on your website only runs from March 2020 to June 2020 with a total of 4,476 deaths.

Unfortunately, we do not hold an update of the analysis showing COVID-19 deaths by pre-existing condition broken down by the age groups, as shown in the following publication: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/deathsinvolvingcovid19englandandwales
However, please see table 2 of the following dataset: Pre-existing conditions of people who died due to COVID-19, England and Wales - Office for National Statistics. This provides deaths from COVID-19 with no pre-existing conditions from January 2020 to December 2020 by two broad age groups (1 to 64 and 65+). We do not currently hold this analysis for 2021.
