I would like to know if the ONS is keeping records of those people who die after receiving the Covid vaccine or deaths attributed to covid vaccines.

ONS have recently began reporting on deaths involving adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination. These statistics can be found in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis, these figures are split for England and Wales. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. Any changes to these statistics shall be updated in this table.
