Deaths due to the COVID-19 vaccine in the UK:
The Office for National Statistics is responsible for mortality statistics involving deaths registered in England and Wales. Therefore, we do not hold the information requested for the whole of the United Kingdom. National Records Scotland (NRS) and Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. They can be contacted at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk respectively, should you wish to request this data from them.
The number deaths involving an adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccinations in England and Wales can be found in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table.
