Please supply data for the deaths and injuries from the vaccines and also the criteria for the deaths.

Thank you for your request.
We publish numbers of deaths due to and involving adverse reactions to the vaccine in our monthly mortality analysis. These are were the ICD10 code U12.9, "COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects in therapeutic use, unspecified" is mentioned on the death certificate. There have been 15 deaths involving this cause, of which 10 deaths were due to this cause from March 2020 to December 2021.
We do not hold information on injuries due to the vaccine. Your query may better placed with Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who report for the Yellow Card scheme.
