Please supply the death rate per million population for May, June, July 2021 compared with May to July on a 5 year average.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Unfortunately, we do not hold analysis showing death rate per million population May -- June 2021 and the five-year average. To fulfil this request, we would need to create a bespoke analysis or table. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.
However, as part of our Monthly Mortality Analysis we do publish monthly Age Standardised Mortality Rate (ASMR), with data available for 2016 -- 2021. Age-standardised mortality rates is per 100,000 people, standardised to the 2013 European Standard Population. Monthly rates in this bulletin are adjusted to allow for comparisons with annual rates. For more information, see our methodology article.
The table below shows number of deaths, ASMR and confidence limits for May, June and July from 2016 to 2021 for both England and Wales.
