- Cause of death = ICD-10 W44.A1
- By LSAO or ICB or County or Region
- Overtime from as far back (weekly preferred but yearly will suffice) (preferred = 2000 to 2024)
- Gender

We publish regular statistics on death registrations in England and Wales. These statistics are based on the details collected when deaths are certified and registered.

Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA) renders it a criminal offence to disclose information held by our organisation for statistical purposes that would identify an individual or a body corporate. As we are prohibited by law from publishing statistics in which individuals can be identified, Section 44(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
