Data on COVID-19 vaccines administered in England and Wales

You asked

Could you provide me with:

  1. Data as to how many of the COVID-19 vaccines administered in England and Wales were saline solution and if there were other non-COVID-19 vaccination contents - i.e. another drug as per a randomized control trial - in any of the vials, other than saline solution.

  2. Data as to how many of the COVID-19/saline/other doses administered were to those with:

a) no NHS number provided

b) non-resident in England or Wales
