You asked

For your publication named 'Coronavirus (COVID-19) related deaths by occupation, England and Wales' please provide the complete underlying dataset that was used for this series of bulletins so such a proper multivariate analysis can be done, which I expect should take the form of a daily time series of deaths showing ethnicity, place of residence (regional level is fine), age (5 or 10 year range is fine), deprivation quintile, and occupation (top level category and next level sub category).

We said

Thank you for your request regarding our 'Coronavirus (COVID-19) related deaths by occupation, England and Wales' publication.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the requested information disaggregated by your chosen values.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer to create and provide this analysis for you, as data showing daily COVID-19 deaths by ethnicity, place of residence, age group and occupation) would be identifiable information.

However, if you wish to conduct analysis such as this yourself, you may wish to apply to become an accredited researcher for our Secure Research Service (SRS). This will allow you to conduct your own analysis on the data that we hold. Instructions for applying to this service, and the terms and condition for its access and use, can be found via the following link: Research Project Accreditation.

We would also be happy to discuss creating a similar dataset for you as a bespoke output by National IMD quintile, date of death, (Occurrences) age group and both occupational groups. Our suggested age groups would be < 16, 16–25, 26–35, 26-45, 46 -55, 56-65, 66-75 and 75+.

Please note, we only hold IMD at national level (England and Wales), we do not hold subnational (regional) IMD. Please see our Open Geography Portal for further information.
