Thank you for your enquiry.

We have the following dataset which details the average number of births per day from 1995-2014: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/livebirths/articles/howpopularisyourbirthday/2015-12-18.

We also have the following user requested data set available under the ONS Open Data policy:

Number of live births by date, 1995 to 2016, in England and Wales - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk)

Further analysis of births by day would need to be created as bespoke analysis. Public authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to FOI requests. However, information on live births by date and year, along with other special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales are available to order via our bespoke services. These services fall outside the Freedom of Information regime and are subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate. Such enquiries would fall outside of the Freedom of Information regime and should be made to health.data@ons.gov.uk.
