Thank you for your request.

The only information held by us regarding Cycle threshold for positive COVID-19 tests is published by our academic partner at Oxford University: https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.10.25.20219048v1.full.pdf

For context, the COVID-19 Infection Survey is a representative household survey within the community population; community in this instance refers to private residential households and it excludes those in hospitals, care homes and/or other institutional settings. This survey started on the 26 April 2020.

Public Health England are responsible for all testing across the UK and therefore would be better placed to answer your request. They can be contacted via email at wn_coronavirus@phe.gov.uk.
