I would like to access the questions used by the ONS regarding cybercrime and cybersecurity.

Thank you for your request to access our survey questions on cybercrime and cyber security. We cover both of these topics in the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW).
The CSEW questionnaires are published on our website here: Crime Survey for England and Wales 2019 to 2020 Questionnaires.
Section 9 of the adult questionnaire contains questions relating to fraud and computer misuse and section 21 contains questions relating to personal and on-line security. Section 8, which is asked of all crime victims taking part in the CSEW, contains questions to help identify whether an offence was cyber-related (V88 and WCYBER1).
We also run a separate survey to measure crime against children aged 10-15 years. Within this survey, sections 6.2 to 6.7 contain questions with cyber related elements, for example, use of the internet, cyber-bullying, speaking or meeting strangers on-line and internet security.
You may also find our publication Overview of fraud and computer misuse statistics for England and Wales useful. This article provides a summary of the various sources of data for fraud and computer misuse and what these tell us about victims, circumstances and long-term trends.
