You asked
I'm making a freedom of information request regarding crime statistics by race in the UK.
All that appears on the ONS website is the arrest rate.

Thank you for your request.
We produce statistics from two main sources, the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and Police Recorded Crime (PRC). Our publications and data concern crime as it is experienced by victims, or as it is recorded by police across England and Wales.
We publish a range of crime statistics broken down by race and ethnicity. Our headline CSEW prevalence estimates for overall crime by race are presented in our annual demographic tables:
We also present prevalence estimates from the CSEW for a range of specific crime types by race including violent crime, property crime, fraud and computer misuse as well as more sensitive crime experiences such as domestic abuse and sexual assault:
- Nature of Violent Crime in England and Wales
- Property crime tables, England and Wales
- Nature of fraud and computer misuse in England and Wales: appendix tables
- Domestic abuse prevalence and victim characteristics
- Sexual offences prevalence and victim characteristics, England and Wales
We also present data on victims of homicide by race using data from the Home Office Homicide Index. Data are presented here:
For crime statistics for Scotland and Northern Ireland you would need to contact Scottish Government and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency directly.
