Thank you for your request.
We primarily produce statistics from two main sources, the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and Police Recorded Crime (PRC). Unfortunately, we do not hold data on crimes directly committed against Christian churches and buildings or physical attacks on persons attending or employed at these buildings.
The Home Office publish data on Hate Crime which may be useful to you. You can find various breakdowns by religion in their Hate crime, England and Wales 2019 to 2020: appendix tables and their Hate crime, England and Wales, year ending March 2024 tables. If you have any specific questions on these data or publications, the Home Office would be best placed to help you. They can be contacted at CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk.
We also publish data on criminal damage and violent crime in our Nature of crime: criminal damage and Nature of crime: violence tables should this be of interest to you.
If you have any further questions please email us at crimestatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavour to help.
