You asked

Could you please provide information and statistics relating to police call outs and crime associated to children's homes in England over the past 3 to 4 years?

Thank you for your email.

The Crime Survey for England and Wales is a crime victimisation survey that samples adults and children living within private households in England and Wales. As a result, it does not sample people living in group residences (for example, students' halls of residence) or other institutions (for example, children's homes, nursing homes etc.), or homeless people. For that reason, we do not have the data you require.

If you are interested in data recorded by the police, you could try contacting the Home Office directly to see if they can assist you with your request. You can email them at: CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk.

If you have any other questions regarding the Crime Survey for England and Wales or any of our publications, please do not hesitate to contact us at Crime.Statistics@ons.gov.uk.
