Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the data you have requested. We produce information on crime primarily from two main sources:

  • Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) – a household victimisation survey that asks respondents about their experiences of crime, regardless of whether the incident was reported to the police

  • Police recorded crime (from the Home Office) – offences that are reported to or are recorded by police forces in England and Wales.

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are primarily responsible for data on offenders and sentencing, and may be able to help you with your enquiry. They can be contacted at data.access@Justice.gov.uk. The MoJ also publish statistics every quarter, which you may find useful.

If you have any further crime-related queries, please contact us at CrimeStatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavour to help.
