  2. Information on the illnesses caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination.
  3. What percentage of deaths is caused and will be caused due to the first and/or second Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination?

We do not hold information on COVID-19 vaccination side effects or any illnesses caused be the COVID-19 vaccination. This request would be better placed with NHS Digital. They can be contacted via email at enquiries@nhsdigital.nhs.uk.

Deaths that have been directly attributed to the vaccine, due to adverse reaction can be found in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table.
