We are responsible for the production of mortality statistics for England and Wales. National Records Scotland (NRS) and Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. The mortality data used in our publications is taken from the death certificate. Unfortunately, records of vaccinations are not recorded during the death registration process. Therefore, we do not hold the data you have requested.
