In the data set accompanying our article published on 22 February 2021, you can find data on the numbers testing positive for COVID-19 by occupation in England for the period between 1 September 2020 and 7 January 2021. This includes data for Teaching and other educational professionals. Please note this analysis provides estimates for this longer time period rather than weekly. We cannot provide weekly estimates due to insufficient sample sizes.

The COVID-19 Schools Infection Survey Round 1 has produced data for the time period 03 November 2020 to 19 November 2020. The latest article can be found here. The report includes data from a sample of schools from 15 local authorities in England. The accompanying data set can be found here which includes:

  • Reported estimates of percentage of pupils and staff testing positive for COVID-19, England, on tab 1a.
  • Reported estimates of percentage of pupils and staff testing positive for COVID-19 by prevalence area, England, on tab 1b.

Data for testing carried out between 02 December to 10 December will be published in March.
