Can you please provide updates on infection rates in teachers?

Your data shows significant increases in infection in primary school and secondary school children since mid October when you last issued this.

Also please could this explain the category of teacher which was this highest last time but labelled "Unknown" type. This was completely ignored by those looking at this data even though it was the highest group.

The most up to data analysis we hold on primary and secondary school teachers was published in our Analysis of the number of school workers, key workers and other professions in England who had COVID-19 bulletin on 6 November.

A teacher of unknown type is any participant who said they were a teacher or taught for a living, but did not specify what type of teacher they were. This means we were unable to put them into one of the other categories in the analysis.
