You asked
Please supply information on how to obtain data of the underlying health conditions of patients daily admitted to hospital with COVID-19, mainly in respect to Blood Cancer sufferers and particularly those with Follicular Low level Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Please provide the same patient data relating to the daily patient deaths.

We only hold mortality data which are based on the information collected at death registration. All the conditions mentioned on the death certificate are coded using the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10). From all of these causes, an underlying cause of death is selected using ICD-10 coding rules.
We are not able to identify whether a person was admitted to hospital and for what reason as this information is not recorded on the death certificate. For information regarding hospitalisation due to COVID-19, please visit the governments COVID-19 dashboard or contact Public Health England (PHE) using the following email: wn_coronavirus@phe.gov.uk.
Numbers and percentages of deaths where COVID-19 was recorded as the sole condition on the death certificate and COVID-19 deaths by main pre-existing condition, for England and Wales, are available in our Provisional Monthly mortality analysis, England and Wales publication. The dataset can be found here. We have also published a dataset covering the whole of 2020, based on finalised death registration data, this is available here.
