Please provide a breakdown of the weekly ONS COVID-19 report for the Liverpool City region. In particular I am looking for percentage infection rate with lower and upper confidence levels.

In the dataset accompanying our latest bulletin you can find our modelled daily positivity rates by region on tab 1f. This covers the period 25 September to 1 October 2020.
The sample sizes we hold are quite small, so we only have data at the regional level. Liverpool city would contribute to data for the North West of England region.
Please note these are estimates from the COVID-19 Infection survey. The Department for Health and Social Care produce the number of confirmed daily cases including by local authority in their dashboard here. More specific data will can be located for the Liverpool city region.
