I am getting in touch to see if you collect any data on the cost of digital and digital transformation?
Some time ago, there was research (I think commissioned by GDS) on the cost of completing a service online vs completing a service on the phone or in person. Is there any up-to-date data or measures of efficiency in gov services?

Unfortunately, the information that you have requested is not held by the Office for National Statistics because we did not carry out the efficiency research.
