Consultancy spend

​Please could you provide the following information:

1) The total amount spent on Deloitte consultancy by month or year, for the past 5 years

2) The total amount (including venue hire and travel costs) spent on away days/meetings in Swindon for the past 5 years.

Thank you for your query. Here are the responses:

1) ​The table below is a 5 year breakdown of total Deloitte payments for each calendar year. We have been unable to isolate payments in relation to consultancy only in the given timeframe, so these payments represent all services delivered by Deloitte over this period. The large increase in spend during 2018 is attributed to consultancy contracts in relation to the 2021 Census.

2) We do not hold that level of information. Invoices and Purchase Orders state contract numbers; hours; and the consultants employed but not the level of granularity around locations of meetings held.
