I need access to the data on child sexual offence cases in the UK by region dating back to 2020 (any data that is available for each region in the past 5 years).

We publish police recorded crime data going back to the year ending March 2003 for crime types that fall under child sexual abuse in our Crime in England and Wales: Appendix tables. The most recent version of this dataset includes figures up to the year ending March 2025 in Tables A5a and A5b.
Additionally, the number of crimes flagged as child sexual abuse or exploitation by police force area are available for the years ending March 2023, 2024 and 2025. For the year ending March 2025 these data are published in our annual supplementary tables in Table A18. Previously, these were published in the March datasets of our police force area tables. The relevant tables are Table P14 in the year ending March 2023 and Table P13 in the year ending March 2024. We do not hold data on crimes flagged as child sexual abuse or exploitation prior to this date. The Home Office may hold additional data and can be contacted at CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk.
