I am after information/data (If you have it) on the cancellation of a surgical procedure due to the potential contamination of surgical instruments prior to surgery.
In other words, when transporting the surgical equipment from sterilization to surgery, have there been occasions where the instruments become unusable, and therefore the surgery is postponed.
Time wise I think it would be best to do the last 7 years if you have it, as covid may scew the data.
