Building services engineering students who transition from L2 to L3 qualifications

I’m trying to obtain data relating to Building Services Engineering students (Plumbing, Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Facilities Management etc) studying full-time courses in an FE College who then transition from Level 2 qualifications onto Level 3 and at times into an apprenticeship.
