Over the past 10 years, I would like details in percentage terms of births in England to people born outside England and Wales. This would include members of the EU, asylum seekers and illegal immigrants.

Other special extracts and tabulations of births data for England and Wales are available (subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreement of costs, where appropriate).
