Please supply the current average age (median and mean) of those that have died due to COVID-19 and those involving COVID-19 (split by gender)

Thank you for your enquiry regarding COVID-19 deaths by age and sex.

We hold the following analysis Single year of age and average age of death of people whose death was due to or involved COVID-19 - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) which provides provisional deaths registration data for single year of age and average age of death (median and mean) of persons whose death involved coronavirus (COVID-19), England and Wales. Includes deaths due to COVID-19 and breakdowns by sex.
