The referenced publication is a bespoke customer request which has been released under the ONS open data policy. To provide an update any bespoke request would need to be ordered through our bespoke services pathway by contacting Health.Data@ons.gov.uk. Please note, bespoke productions of data are subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate.
However, the information you are looking for regarding deaths and mortality rates for 2021 in England and Wales can be found in our Monthly Mortality Analysis publication. Please note, this information is still provisional data and is subject to change.
Finalised 2021 mortality data will be published in July 2022 as part of our Deaths Registered Series. This is to allow the inclusion of late registrations which are deaths which have been referred for Coroner Investigation and to use finalised mid-year population estimates.
