I would like to have the number of people in the UK who:
- Were born in Albania but hold Greek citizenship
- Were born in Brazil but hold Italian citizenship
- Were born in Colombia but hold Spanish citizenship

The demography and migration: Census 2021 in England and Wales data released on 2 November 2022 includes country of birth and passports held but only as univariates: https://www.ons.gov.uk/releases/demographyandmigrationcensus2021inenglandandwales
You may be able to access the data you require when multivariate data, which combines variables in a single dataset, such as country of birth by passports held, is published during phase two of the Census 2021 outputs release schedule.
If the data is not available in the ready-made multivariate datasets or using the flexible table builder tool, you may be able to commission a table, subject to disclosure control measures.
We hope that the commissioned table service will begin for 2021 data in April 2023, but in the meantime we can add your request to our 2021 Census commissioned tables waiting list. We will contact you in due course when 2021 Census commissioned table work becomes imminent.

The UK censuses are run separately by each National Statistics Office (Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency (NISRA), National Records of Scotland (NRS), and the Office for National Statistics (ONS) for both England and Wales).
Northern Ireland's census was taken at he same time as England and Wales but Scotland's census was delayed to 2022 so there may not be data available yet. Please see their website for information: https://www.scotlandscensus.gov.uk/
The publication of UK Census 2021 and 2022 outputs is dependent on the availability of Scotland's Census 2022 data.
