Unfortunately, we do not publish information about individual properties' central heating. However, the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) publish data about central heating for individual properties. Note, however, that the data only contain records of properties which have had an Energy Performance Certificate generated, which is not the entire housing stock. The data can be downloaded from the following link: https://epc.opendatacommunities.org/

In addition, we do provide some information about central heating for small geographic areas from the 2011 Census. These statistics refer to household central heating from the Census, down to the output area geography which each cover around 100 households. To identify which output areas fall within the postcode districts of interest, you will need to use the National Statistics Postcode lookup which lists all postcode units and which output area they fall within. This can be downloaded from the following link:
