Residential property price and inflation rate statistics are published within the UK House Price Index (HPI). UK HPI publishes monthly statistics reflecting trends in property prices down to local authority level and includes breakdowns of price movements by property type (detached, semi-detached, terraced, and flats or maisonettes).
The postcode provided resides within the Newport local authority. Property price levels and inflation rates for Newport, including breakdowns for Newport by property type, are available via the “data downloads” webpage on the GOV.UK website.
