A time series of historical house price levels per square metre and per property, estimated using a new methodology proposed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. As this is a new methodology, care should be taken when drawing conclusions from this data. The data are presented at quarterly frequency and cover the nine English regions and Wales.
